Coderant designed a comprehensive quality program for a large pharmaceutical company which sought to spin-off excess manufacturing capacity for contract manufacturing revenue. Coderant established a high-level divisional quality program for biologics, before authoring systemic SOPs and Policies. In addition, upon the request of our client, Coderant successfully stewarded the manufacturing plant through its initial Agency inspections.
